    Refund Policy

    At Millennia World, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a generous refund policy.

    Eligibility for Refunds

    We are happy to accept returns and issue full refunds for any product that is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns for any products that have been used or tampered with.

    Initiating a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at [phone number]. Please provide us with your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will then issue you a return authorization number (RAN) and send you instructions on how to return your product.

    Shipping Costs

    You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure your package for the full value of the product.

    Processing Refunds

    Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.


    There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. We do not accept returns for:

    • Gift cards
    • Personalized products
    • Final sale items
    • Products that have been used or tampered with

    European Union 14-day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
